A) checking-in was well-coming, excellently professional and efficient within 5 minutes managed by Mr. Nasrizal. B) Miss Irene was extremely courteous and ensured our requests were met and to our satisfactions. C) Breakfasts were nicely presented and more than met our expectations. D) The lounge dinning area is spacious with spectacular views of the city of Kuching with comfortable ambience. E) Staff members, in general, were professional and attentive. Pullman Hotel Kuching is highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

For the price I paid per night the room is so large. That was great!. I did not take the hotel breakfast but every morning I did go to the coffeehouse just for just coffee, and to my surprise they actually gave us coffee for free for all 3 mornings. This was wonderful. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance to my conference place in Hilton and also 5 minutes walking distance to the Kuching waterfront. They also have good gym facilities, which I used.

The location of the hotel is very central. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions and food places at Kuching. The room is also very spacious and the room is clean. There is an upcoming shopping mall, The Hills that is attached to the hotel with supermarket and eateries inside. Hopefully the linkway to the mall will be open soon.

The rooms were clean, spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is super good, why? Because of safety reasons, security is very good, eventhough we have to pay, but still very good. A suggestion as a tourist, the hotel should have a transportation service to the waterfront shops, they can charge a small fee for sending and pickup service 😉

A good stay in the middle of the city so it is easy to go around... Just next to the famous foodcourt, TopSpot & great club on the side, Culture City. Staff are selectively friendly & some are very helpful in anyway.. Clean room & value for money.. But require upgrades..
